Good people. A beautiful place to begin.
Our Kyiv team brings thoughtful work, warm company, and a very persuasive case for taking the meeting onto the roof.

Useful Things, Made Carefully
Life in Kyiv.
Our imagined Kyiv studio overlooks green roofs and golden domes, with enough room on the terrace for a long lunch. It is a place for thoughtful work and the ordinary pleasure of good colleagues. Oksana keeps a notebook of things the team wants to make simply because they would be useful.
The notebook includes a clearer onboarding guide, a library of tiny tools, and a map that helps new starters find someone to eat lunch with. The last project took a day to build and quietly changed more lives than our flagship initiative. The flagship initiative has a much better launch video.
A colleague once asked whether this work counted as innovation. Oksana said she hoped it counted as kindness. The team has been using that as a test ever since.
“Make something another person will be glad to find.”

A day around here.
Ask who this will help. Be specific.
Make room at the table for one more.
Leave the next person a useful starting point.

“I was going to eat alone again. Thank you.” We have longer case studies. None has a better ending.
