Zidea is an interactive work of corporate satire. Its employees, statistics, testimonials, job titles, and promises are fictional. Real company names and logos appear only as part of clearly labeled parody; they have not endorsed Zidea and are not affiliated with it. Hero photography is AI-generated. Supporting stock photographs come from Lorem Picsum and do not depict the fictional characters. Creating an account is not an application for employment. No payment is required.

What we store

If you create an account, we store your chosen display name, email address, a securely hashed password, session records, and your employee-portal progress. Session records may include an IP address and browser information for security. Don’t put private information in your display name. Your email is used only as an account identifier; email verification and email password recovery are not currently offered.

Where it lives

The website is hosted on Vercel. Authentication and account data are processed by a dedicated Cloudflare Worker and D1 database. These services may retain standard operational and security logs. We do not sell your data, run advertising trackers, or send marketing email.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Public exploration requires no account. Your reading trail and saved logo favorites stay in local storage in your own browser; clearing site data removes them. Account cookies are restricted to this website; the site is not a directory of other projects hosted under this domain.

Your control

You can change your password or permanently delete your account and saved progress from Account settings inside the employee portal. Account deletion also removes active sessions. Infrastructure backups may retain deleted data temporarily under the hosting providers’ retention policies.
