Amsterdam
The ideas are extremely high-level.

Our Amsterdam team believes in open minds, open canals, and taking the phrase “a relaxed working environment” seriously.

Life in Amsterdam.
Our Amsterdam office occupies a canal house that has been leaning slightly longer than Zidea has had a strategy. Facilities proposed correcting the angle. The building declined, citing several centuries of satisfactory performance.
Noor runs a studio where an idea is allowed to be silly before it is required to be useful. The courtyard discussions range from genuinely elegant solutions to a proposal for a bicycle with a quarterly roadmap. The latter has been parked. The former are making their way around the company without a launch event.
The team photograph captures a particularly relaxed afternoon, including one colleague enjoying a joint. That is the whole story. The company has resisted the urge to package it as a wellness initiative, despite receiving four separate pitch decks.
“We took a step back. Then another. The idea looks much smaller from here.”

A day around here.
Park bicycles. Untangle yesterday’s metaphor.
Walk along the canal until the problem becomes a sentence.
A discussion with no designated thought leader.
Read the rejected wellness proposal
“Elevate™: a vertically integrated relaxation ecosystem.” Noor wrote “please just let people sit down” across the cover.
Montana also has room to think. Considerably more room.
