A genuinely workable work-life balance.

AI-generated fictional office photograph. Six coworkers hold orange zidea letters beside Sydney Harbour, with the Opera House and Harbour Bridge behind them.
An imaginary office. A very committed team photograph.

The Sydney office has harbor views, bright ideas, and a standing agreement that not every conversation needs to become a workshop.

Sustainable Momentum

Life in Sydney.

Sydney was founded when a six-person project team declined to schedule a follow-up to its final meeting. Headquarters assumed they were conducting a new management experiment. They were having dinner.

From the harbour deck, the team studies the difficult distinction between motion and progress. Boats have proved useful. A boat going somewhere is progress; fourteen people discussing the concept of a boat is Thursday at headquarters. Morgan keeps the calendar deliberately small.

The office has delivered several excellent things that were immediately renamed by another office. Nobody minds very much. There is good light on the water, the work is interesting, and no one has yet managed to turn a swim into a key performance indicator.

“We finished it. So we went home. I understand this caused concern.”
